I have been going to this dentist for a number of years as it was very close to work. I have just changed because the desk staff were so incredibly rude to me. I asked to speak to Andrew and after having to chase up a response he finally called me. Basically he told me he'd not had any other complaints and there was nothing he could do. He didn't even offer an apology after his practice manager had shouted at me and told me it was my fault that I couldn't book a hygienist appointment. Richard wasn't even interested in what I said he just said how she was upset! All I was trying to do was spend money with him. Disgusting service. Avoid at all costs...
